The Australian Government have put together some information sheets to help Motor Dealers get a basic understanding about the PPS Act.
The commencement date for the PPS (Act) remains at 1st February 2012.
Preparations are currently being made to ensure that all national data has been migrated in time for the commencement date. If you have not started preparing for the new legislation, we recommend that you start now.
